Jerry has headed the crew to design, build and operate the Selah Royalty float every year except two since 1980. In addition he has served on a host of committees over the years and is in his second term as President of the Selah Community Days Association .

Jerry Henry is married to Gerry Henry who was the first "Volunteer of the Year" in 2006.
