To all of you on the Selah Community Days mailing List! I am so Sorry about not sending any
newsletters last year! I will try and do better this year!
The Theme for the 2006 Selah Community Days Festival is
just lMAGINE.
The Festival will run from May 18 - May 21, 2006.
Most of the information on the Web Site has been updated. You can get most Applications online from our website!
You can download them or use the online forms and send them to the chairman.
All Food Booth spaces are booked but if you would like to be added to the waiting list for another
year. Call Gary Green for Food Booth information at (509) 697-4669.
There is still a few Arts & Craft Booth spaces Open! Call Judy Jones for Arts & Crafts Booth
information at (509) 697-4594.) The Information on the website has not been updated yet!
The Parade Chairman prefers that you use the Online Form
to send your Application! If you have questions about the parade call Alan Pelzel at (509) 697-7735 days, 697-8274 nights or
728-5238 cell.
The Miss Selah Pageant will be: Friday, April 28, 2006 at 7:00pm
It will be held in Selah High School Gym! To see pictures of the 2006 Miss Selah Contestants and vote for your favorite one Click Here!

Most of the main events are returning. The one change this year is that we will have
local beginning bands performing on the Wixson Park Stage from 7 to 11pm Friday! Check on the Website for more information about this!
The dates, times and prices for the main events have been Updated! Please
check the site for this information. Go to (www.selahdays.org) and click on the Main
Information in the left menu then click on Main Events information!
To see the Free Park Entertainment that will be perfroming. Go to (www.selahdays.org)
and click on the Main Information in the left menu then click on Free Entertainment!
The Carnival will be in town all four days of the Event. It will open at 5pm on Thursday - May 18,
4pm Friday - May 20, 11am Saturday - May, 21 and 12pm Sunday - May 22nd. Wristbands tickets will be sold May 4 - May 18
selling will stop at Noon on May 18.
The tickets will be sold at the Selah Shell, Save-On-Foods and Selah Red
Apple. The Price is $13.00 a $5.00 saving from the price they
will be sold for when the Carnival opens!

The Selah Community Days Board has increased the Fireworks Budget again this year for Bigger and better
show!!
And New this year he Selah Community Days Association has picked one of it's members as Volunteer of the Year! To honor them for there many years
of involvement and helping make the Festival bigger and Better! Go to (www.selahdays.org) and click on
Main Information then Volunteer of the Year! To see who got picked!!
